I kept this blog in the closet for almost 3 months to complete a major milestone in life, and shockingly when I return, it changes face (by itself!). What happened to my nice simple layout? I explored further and took 2 days to select the new theme and finalise the new look for my blog. With new features, I am still learning how to use it better.
It’s also a good timing revamping this blog, as I begin a new phase of life. I have chosed the picture of apple trees taken in Champcharme, Pays d’Othe near Troyes in the Champagne region of France. It’s my first time seeing apple orchards - that’s after 2 hours drive in the countryside to this little town not found in the map, and after asking at least 3 locals. The embarassing part was not this. I called the owner - Madame Dimanche (yes, Mdm Sunday) - of the orchard at 1.30pm saying that we would be coming from Troyes. She was expecting to see us within half an hour. And we arrived just before 3pm! But we did have a scenic drive and saw a lot of apple trees on the way.
